License Version User Counts:
When we say a price for 15 users, we mean that this is the price for ALL 15 users at ONE site in ONE country.
  - The Pro version is US$275 = US$18/user.
  - In developing this software we have created over 1000 icons and written 200,000 lines of C-Sharp computer code,
      = $0.0001 per user, per line of code.
  - This is an extremely low price for Professional Academic-quality Strategy Map driven Balanced Scorecard Software.
Sales to Users with an Australian Address:
If this software is sold to a person or organization with an address in Australia, then Goods and Services Tax is applicable.
If you are a company then the 10% GST amount will be added to the price.
If you are an individual person buying a Single User license, then we will absorb and not charge you the GST.
Our Refund Policy:
Our Free Personal Version License provides customers with plenty of time to use and test the software.
Once a software license has been generated and emailed to a customer, it cannot be un-emailed and we cannot delete it.  Hence it is not possible to provide any refunds, but we do try very hard to assist as much as possible.

Payment by International Bank Transfer:

You must add on the amount of your own bank fees. We also get charged US$20 by our bank at this end and you must pay half of this.

US$320 "Quick-Start" consulting package:
This is excellent value and gets you off to a fast start.
We study all your relevant documents and produce an initial "Strategic Picture" (Vision Statements and Strategy Map), plus we will import existing material into your Balanced Scorecard.
It is normal that you will want to make improvements to these over time as this is normally initially a three day process with ongoing components.
This price is based around a minimum of 8 person-hours work at US$40/hour, but frequently extends to 10 or more hours work.
Tax: Australian Customers will need to pay GST unless they can quote an off-shore address for the invoice.
