With our US$320 "Quick-Start" package, we also assist customers with the design of their Strategic Plans.

Typically what happens is that customers have some kind of summary or Mind Map sheet as well as accompanying material.
We study this and format into a Strategy Map with Vision, Mission and Goal statements.
KPI's, Measures and Scores can often be extracted from their material, or we can recommend ones to use.
We supply the completed work in an XML file that our software can import.
Expect up to 10 person-hours of professional work, which usually extends to 12 hours or more.
If less hours are required then our hourly rate is only US$32/hour.

Remote Consulting work is Extremely Viable
We are constantly being asked to look at Strategic Plans designs for customers and we do this for free.
If the job takes more than an hour then we normally need to receive some payment for our time.

We are able to assist you with your Strategic Planning and we often ring customers using Skype and Skype-Out.
If you send us your current material we can usually produce an initial Strategy Map in a few hours at the above rate.

Yes, in many cases customers can do this themselves...
but they just need it done sooner and faster because effective strategic alignment gets rid of those "Lose Cannons" and saves big money.

We offer a 15% discount on software sales:
- be an existing Strategy Map Balanced Scorecard consultant.
- be a Balanced Scorecard Consulting business with a website.
- does not normally apply to a single user license.
How to purchase as a Reseller

2. Fill out the Reseller Buy Form on our secure server using your customer's name Click Here
- enter in the reduced payment amount.
- place a note in the comments area.
3. The Software License will be created in your customer's name and supplied to you.
4. The Purchase Receipt is created in your name and supplied only to you.
5. If the customer has a website containing a logo we will capture that and format a Logo File that works with our software.
6. The License, Logo and receipt are provided to you.
Please Note:
- Once the license has been supplied there is no refund as we have no way of removing it.
- If requested, we will provide your customer with software support, or they can read our website.
- If at some future date the customer contacts us requesting a copy of the license file then we will provide this.
Our "Quick-Start" consulting package
Resellers can re-sell this too if they require, and we are happy to deal with yourself and/or your customer. Alternatively you may wish to provide your own Quick-Start component.
